Booking policy.

• A £10 deposit is required to secure all appointments.


• Deposits are non-refundable.


• If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.


• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost.


• ⁠If you arrive later than 15 minutes unfortunately your appointment will have to be cancelled deposit lost.


• A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to all lash and brow treatments.
